One Third Acre Goulet Gardens

Every year we "redesign" our garden plan.
This year was no different.
The condition of our planting soil is,
shall we say, challenging.
Clay, sand, gravel, ant colonies, sod, weeds, roots and
"Mama" snake with her youngins' ,
make each day's work a hearty adventure...
So, we till old gardens and carve out new ones.
With the chicken tractor, our hens work hard
eating bugs, weeding and fertilizing.
 All this and omelets too!
  One Third Acre "nursery" ...

Mint, bee balm, apple blossoms,
oregano,chives and asparagus
always cheerfully greet us early in the season.
Planting...Weeding...Watering...
Waiting...
